1. ALL consignors MUST have a consignor number. Please contact us before consignment day to be given your number and then follow these instructions.
2. Acceptible items include: new or gently used clothing, household, sporting goods, holiday, toys, books, videos, computer games, jewelry, purses, shoes, small furniture, etc...
3. NO TV's, Computers or computer parts, large furniture or lingerie will be accepted.
4. HOW TO TAG:
    * you will tag your own consigned items
    * NO STICKY TAGS of any kind (including tape, sticky notes, stickers etc...)
    * All tags should be made from paper and at least 2" x 3" minimum.
    * See above header tab for example tags. Feel free to print the tags out-cut them apart and use them.
    * You MUST have your consignor number clearly noted on your tag inorder to receive credit for your sale. I recommend putting your number in the top left corner of the tag.
    * Please give a description of your item across the center of the tag. Try to give details (ie-girls size 10 blue long
sleeved shirt with rainbow pic.) This prevents tag switching as someone can just remove it and switch with another
  item that is cheaper.
    * You decide your own price. Remember that you want to get your items sold and this is a rummage sale-so careful
not to price your items too high. Clearly write your price on your tag-I recommend in the bottom right corner. If
we can't read it-it may not be sold at the right price. No items less than 50 cents please.
    * Create a master list for items you'd like to pick back up at Consignor pick up(see sale hours for p/u time) You
decide if you want your unsold items back. If you do, your welcome to come in at the designated p/u time and
gather them. You must check each item out with us before leaving. Only items you have listed on master list prior
to the sale can be picked back up. Itemize each thing by placing # 1, #2 etc.. on list & on your tag in upper right.
Only items you want back need on list. If not picked up, all items become 100% ours after the p/u time for discount sale.
5. HOW TO HOOK YOUR TAGS ON YOUR ITEMS:
    * Remember-NO STICKY TAGS (because we keep all tags from sold items and tally up your sales at the end. I
cannot keep sticky tags and they will stick to all the other tags making my job very difficult!
    * Use safety pins to hook tags onto material items. (no straight pins please or staples)
    * You may use tape to gently fasten your tag to a non-material item. Please be careful not to place the tape on a spot that the tape could damage the item. Also, DO NOT cover your tag with tape. Just place a strip of tape across the top and bottom of the tag-so the tag can be easily removed at checkout. We will fold the tape over on the back of
the tag so it won't stick to all the other tags.
    * Any items with pieces can be placed in Ziplock bags to contain the pieces. Tape your tag to the outside of the bag
please. Do not put tag inside the bag. Remember-we need to keep them. It is ok to staple the ziplocks closed. Toys /puzzles/ book groupings are all examples of items to ziplock.
6. DROP OFF DAY: Bring your tagged items to the sale. You must check in at the front table BEFORE putting items out on tables. Bring a copy of your master list and a self addressed stamped envelope (if you forget, 50 cents will be deducted from your profit to cover the stamp/envelope). After we check you in-you may place your items in the appropriate areas.
7. All of your items will be sold at 50% / 50% profit. There are 4 days items are sold at full price and then 25% off on 5th and 6th days. Any items not p/u by end of 6th day (May 4th)-become 100% profit for us and discounted for final sales.
8. PAYMENT: When the sale ends, we will tally all the tags of sold items to determine your profit. You will receive a check by mail as soon as possible.
9. We are a group of volunteers and are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or broken items. Also, we are not responsible for tag switching. We do our best to deter this, but can't be held responsible.
10. Remember, all items not picked up by P/U time, will be considered 100% donation to the treasure trove. Any items left at the end of the sale will be donated to charities.
